PCBPD: Three suspects arrested after woman shot on PCB Saturday

Panama City Beach Police Department (PCBPD) has arrested three suspects concerning the shooting of a woman on Saturday in Panama City Beach, Florida. The incident occurred at a beach resort, and the victim was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

According to PCBPD, the shooting suspect left the scene with an accomplice, Hunter Hatfield. The firearm was later handed over to Chhoeung’s brother. Law enforcement report eyewitness accounts and statements provided by Damien Chhoeung revealed that he was recklessly handling and displaying a firearm on the balcony of a condo on the 16th floor when the firearm accidentally discharged.

The three suspects have been taken into custody and charged with various offenses. The victim is currently receiving medical treatment, and her condition is stable.

Update on PCBPD shooting case

In an update to the shooting case on Saturday in Panama City Beach, Florida, it has been reported that the victim’s condition has improved to stable. The three suspects arrested for the shooting are Damien Chhoeung, Hunter Hatfield, and Chhoeung’s brother.

Chhoeung has been charged with recklessly handling and displaying a firearm, while Hatfield has been charged with aiding and abetting. Chhoeung’s brother has been charged with tampering with evidence.

The investigation is ongoing, and PCBPD has not yet released any further information about the case.
