Maryland State Police Search for Missing Truck Driver

The Maryland State Police are searching for a missing truck driver last seen in Cecil County in mid-June (source: WMAR2 News). Jason Pearson, a 42-year-old commercial truck driver from Scranton, Pennsylvania, was last seen on June 13th, picking up a delivery at the Smithfield food distribution center on Principio Parkway in North East.

According to the Maryland State Police, Pearson’s truck was found abandoned in a parking lot in Elkton, Maryland, on June 14th. The truck had blood inside, and Pearson’s personal belongings were found inside the vehicle. The police have been searching for Pearson ever since, but he has not been seen or heard from since June 13th.

The Maryland State Police have been working with other law enforcement agencies and conducting extensive searches in the area where Pearson was last seen. They have also been urging the public to come forward with any information that may help the investigation.
