Brendan was arrested by the FBI on Friday on charges of producing and possessing child pornography, according to an indictment unsealed in federal court. The charges stem from an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse by Bendann while a teacher at the Gilman School.
Brendan, who had already been facing state charges of child sex abuse, is now facing new federal mandates. He is currently held in federal custody, and a detention hearing is scheduled for next week.
