MGM National Harbor stands to be the top US casino last year
MGM National Harbor has recently marked its sixth anniversary. It stands to be one of the top casinos in Maryland among the other six in terms of gaming revenue. Also, it was ranked as one of Nevada’s top-performing commercial casinos in the past year. The Baltimore-Washington, D.C. market ranked third in the gaming revenue market, behind that of the Las Vegas Strip and Atlantic City. MGM National Harbor grossed $884.46 million in revenue for slots and table games in 2022, as confirmed by the American Association for Gaming, which is 15% more than it made in 2021. MGM National Harbor has even accounted for 43.12% of all gaming revenue among casinos in Maryland.
Merits of MGM National Harbor
The MGM National Harbor has a couple of advantages, including being situated in a prime location that can attract so many tourists. Some fantastic restaurants, retail stores, and bars are located nearby! It is near Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center and other hotels. Ordine’s statement – Casinos out of Nevada
Some top casinos outside of Nevada in 2022 were the Resorts World New York City in Queens, New York, The Borgata in Atlantic City, and the Boston Harbor in Everett, Massachusetts. Ordine said, “There are so many casinos, and people can casually visit a casino; I think that means gamblers themselves are not as intense as they were back when you had to fly to Las Vegas and hunker down for three or four or five nights.”
