According to a report by Frederick News-Post, the Frederick County Planning Commission voted 4-2 on Wednesday, June 15, 2023, to approve a site plan with conditions for two buildings on 125.66 acres in Monrovia. Despite opposition from some who argued that the site plan would exacerbate traffic problems, the commission approved the project with conditions. Approval of the site plan will allow the construction of the two buildings on the Monrovia property.
