Man and woman killed following a shooting in Southwest Baltimore.

Double Homicide Under Investigation

According to reports from the Baltimore Police Department, a man and woman were killed in a shooting in Southwest Baltimore on the night of November 26th. Police responded to the 2000 block of West Pratt Street around 9:30pm after receiving reports of gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, officers found a man and woman suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims, whose identities have not been released, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Community Calls for an End to Violence

The shooting marks the latest incident in a surge of gun violence plaguing Baltimore in recent months. Area residents have expressed frustration with the ongoing crime and called for more to be done to curb it. “It’s sad, it’s tragic. Innocent people are losing their lives for no reason,” said one neighbor who declined to give their name.
