West Baltimore Man Reported Missing at Sea
According to his wife, a man from West Baltimore has been reported missing at sea after his boat experienced engine problems. The man, identified as 38-year-old Michael Johnson, was last seen on his boat early on the morning of July 22, 2023, when he set out for a day of fishing.
