Three Arrested in Connection to Murder of Parkville High School Student

Baltimore County Police have announced that they have arrested three suspects concerning the murder of Parkville High School student Elias Cieslak. The 17-year-old was shot and killed in Nottingham back in April, and the community has been searching for answers ever since.
