Officials are investigating a helicopter crash on Monday afternoon in South Brunswick. The incident occurred near Route 1 and Commerce Boulevard and involved a helicopter carrying two people.

According to reports, the helicopter crashed into a wooded area near the intersection of Route 1 and Ridge Road. The two aircraft occupants were injured in the crash and were transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick for treatment.
