Hagerstown man facing sex trafficking charges

Arcelius Dunbar Lyle III, a 56-year-old man from Hagerstown, Maryland, faces sex trafficking charges following an undercover investigation by the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office. Lyle is accused of trafficking people for sexual exploitation and prostitution.
