About Derry Girls Season 3:
Derry Girls, a comedy-drama from Channel Four set in Northern Ireland during The Troubles. We could also see how the ceasefire affects the gang, and Lisa McGee admitted there may be romance in the air for James and Erin, who appeared jealous of his potential love interest at the end of season two.
The show is purely based on comedy and some drama the show tries to maintain a balance thus accepting the politically tense world where the girls live and by maintaining the tone in a buoyant manner.
Understandably, it is a sensitive topic especially when there is a conflict between those who wish for Northern Irelan to join the Republic of Ireland and some who still want to be a part of the UK, usually providing a background of unrest and violence for the character of Derry Girls who rather define their lives.
Trailer of Derry Girls Season 3:
There has been no trailer released as of yet, but there are a couple of pictures from filming on set. We can assume that these won’t come out until closer to when the series airs though.
Is Derry Girls Season 3 worth watching?
Derry Girls is a comedy-drama and with that already being a genre that does not always win over the critics, it’s safe to say that Derry Girls Season III (which we don’t actually know when it’ll be released yet) will probably receive mixed reviews.
