The series follows Liz Ortecho played by Jeanine Mason. She is a jaded biomedical researcher who discovers her crush is an alien. He finds himself haunted by the mysteries of pasts. He has abilities that are unearthly hidden from everyone. She tries to hide his extraterrestrial origins from her family and friends. But when a violent condition surfaces, she is trapped into fear and hatred that may lead to exposure of his identity.
The 3rd season of the show is still airing. While the creators have announced that there would be a renewal of the series. And, it will most probably release in next year.
