Rachel Morin murder: Maryland sheriff says suspect on the loose could strike again

The prime suspect in Morin’s murder is still on the loose and authorities fear that the individual could strike again.

Rachel Morin was last seen on August 5th while walking on the Ma and Pa Heritage Trail in Bel Air, Maryland. She was reported missing, and her body was found on the trail two days later. The condition of her body suggested that she did not go willingly.
