Dunbar High student charged in the mass shooting that killed Baltimore boxer, double shooting a day apart
An 18-year-old Dunbar High School student, Jabre Griffith, has been charged with two counts of murder and six counts of attempted murder in connection with a pair of shootings that occurred in Baltimore. The shootings left two men dead and six others injured. Griffith was arrested at the high school on June 6, 2023, and is being held without bail.

According to police, the shootings took place a day apart. The first shooting occurred on June 4, 2023, and left one man dead and another injured. The second shooting, which took place on June 5, 2023, left another man dead and five others injured. The victims have been identified as a Baltimore boxer, Ernest Hall, and his friend.
Police have not yet released a motive for the shootings. Griffith is scheduled to appear in court on June 20, 2023.
