Critical Violations Reported At 15 Rockville Food Establishments
According to officials from the Montgomery County Department of Health, fifteen food establishments in Rockville, Maryland, were recently reported to have critical health violations. The establishments managed to avoid closure by correcting the violations. The following Rockville licensed retail food establishments had critical violations that were corrected, according to the MCDHealth and Human Services:
- K Pot at 5550 Randolph Road was found to be out of compliance for cold and hot holding temperatures on June 23.
- Tomatillo Mexican Grill at 2232 Veirs Mill Road was found to be out of compliance for cold holding temperature on June 26.
- Don Pollo at 2206 Veirs Mill Road was found to be out of compliance for hot holding temperature on June 27.
- Norbeck Country Club at 17200 Cashell Road was found to be out of compliance for cold holding temperature and rodents and insects on June 27.
- CMG Sweet Bakery at 701 First St. was found to be out of compliance for cooling time and temperature and hot holding temperature on June 30.
- Dunkin Donuts at 11530 Rockville Pike Unit #A was found to be out of compliance for cold holding temperature on June 30.
- Even Hotel at 1775 Rockville Pike was found to be out of compliance for cold holding temperature on July 5.
- Manor Woods Swim Club at 14410 Bauer Drive was found to be out of compliance for cold holding temperature on July 5.
- Gyroland at 1701 Rockville Pike was found to be out of compliance for cold holding temperature on July 7.
- Adelaide Catering Company at 15131 Southlawn Ave., Suite F, was found to be out of compliance for rodents and insects on July 10.

- Mott’s Market at 4860 Boiling Brook Parkway was found to be out of compliance for proper sewage disposal on July 10.
- Pupuseria Mama Emilia at 785-H Rockville Pike was found to be out of compliance for cooling time and temperature and rodents and insects on July 11.
- Yenta Kabobi Restaurant at 1488-A Rockville Pike was found to be out of compliance for cold holding temperature and hot holding temperature July 11.
