Second Suspect Charged In September 30th Biddle Street Shooting


Approximately 12:15 p.m., police responded to the 1500 block of East Biddle Street, where they located a 35-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. Medics dispatched to the scene transported the man to Johns Hopkins for treatment.

Shooting Suspect

Preliminary investigation led the identity of a second suspect in the shooting. Officers obtained a warrant for Whitley Neal arrest and the Warrant Apprehensive Task Force arrested her Thursday.

Neal of the 2800 block of North Calvert Street was charged with first-degree attempted murder, assault and multiple firearm charges.
