Acting U.S. Attorney Soo C. Song announced Thursday a man pleaded guilty to possession of pornographic videos and photos of prepubescent minors.
Twenty-four-year-old Anthony P. Mason of Northern Cambria admitted to possessing videos and pictures of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The pornographic material was stored and transported or shipped in foreign and interstate commerce, according to the indictment.
Mason’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. December 12. If convicted, he faces a maximum 20-year imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine.
