Missing Baltimore City Teacher Found Deceased Inside His Vehicle


Baltimore, Maryland – On January 13, 2018, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Baltimore Police Department Missing Persons detectives located missing Baltimore City school teacher, 56 year-old Gregory Dean Ferrell.

Gregory Deal FerrellFerrell was located inside of his vehicle. The vehicle had dark tinted windows and was discovered legally parked in the 1900 block of West Baltimore Street. Tragically, Gregory Dean Ferrell was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.

According to detectives, Ferrell was last seen on December 29, 2017. Detectives did not observe any obvious signs of trauma or foul play. The deceased’s body was transported to the medical examiner’s office for further examination.

Missing Persons and Homicide detectives await autopsy results for a cause of death determination. The investigation is on going.
