Man Killed, One Injured In Northeast District Shooting, Police Say


Baltimore Police are investigating a fatal shooting in the Northeast District that left one man dead and another injured.

Approximately 6:29 a.m. Saturday morning, police responded to the 2900 block of Harview Avenue to investigate a reported shooting. At the scene, the responding officers found a 57-year-old man who had been shot in the shoulder and a 51-year-old man who had been shot in the head.


Both men were taken to a local hospital for treatment. The 51-year-old man was pronounced deceased a short time later. The 57-year-year victim is in stable condition, but is not cooperating with police.

Police believe the shooting may have been “domestic related.”
