For individuals seeking an accident of incident report from the Prince George’s County Police Department, there are several options available.

To obtain incident reports in person, visit the department’s Records Customer Service at 4923 43rd Avenue in Hyattsville. Visitors cannot access the records office from the court or police entrance doors, but must enter through the entrance on 43rd Avenue.

To request an accident report by phone contact the Police Records Center Automated Request Line at 301-985-3660.

To request an accident report by mail, submit the request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, case number and a $10 money order or business check to the Police Records Center at 4923 43rd Avenue in Hyattsville.For convenience, those seeking an incident report can access the Crashdocs website. Reports are available instantly through that website after payment is processed.

A $10 fee is charged for copies of incident reports. Payments must be made in the form of a business check or money order. Mail requests may take up to four weeks to be delivered.
