Former Minich Electric Employee Pleads Guilty To Defrauding Employer Of $77K


Acting U.S. Attorney Soo C. Song announced Tuesday a Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty to mail fraud.

Thirty-year-old Tyler Little of Bradford admitted to writing several checks to himself from his employer, Minich Electric, from November 2012 to September 2015. Little also admitted to not depositing several cash payments from customers into Minich Electric’s business account. He utilized the business credit card without the Minich Electric’s knowledge or permission to purchase items for himself, according to court documents.


Little’s fraudulent activities resulted in a loss of about $77,516.81 to Minich Electric.

Tyler Little’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for February 26, 2018. He faces a maximum 20-year prison sentence and a $250,000 fine.
