Baltimore Police Return Fire During Robbery


Baltimore Police were alerted of a robbery in-progress by Citiwatch camera monitors at approximately 1:10 a.m. Tuesday. When officers arrived at the store located at 300 North Charles Street, two suspects opened fire on them. The officers returned fire, but it is unclear whether the suspects were struck.

ArrestThe suspects then fled on foot in opposite directions. No officers were injured, according to the report.

Officers are checking with local hospital for anyone who may have arrived with gunshot wounds.

The first suspect was armed and wearing a mask and dark coat. The second male was also armed and wearing all black with a white scarf covering his face.
