Baltimore Police Investigating A Shooting In The Eastern District


Baltimore Police said a man was shot Wednesday afternoon in the Eastern District.

Around 4:30 p.m., police received a report of a shooting in the 800 block of North Glover Street. At the scene, the responding officers discovered a 52-year-old man who had been shot in the body. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Additional details and the man’s condition were not available at the time.

Citywide Shooting detectives said they believe the man was in the 2600 block of Ashland Avenue, when he was approached and shot by an unknown suspect.
