Baltimore Police Identify Female Suspect In September Shooting On Biddle Street


Approximately 12:15 p.m. September 30, police responded to a reported shooting in the 1500 block of East Biddle Street. At the scene, the responding officers located a 35-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.

Shatae McDonaldMedics dispatched to the scene transported the victim to the local hospital, where he was treated and released, according to the report.

Preliminary investigation led to the arrest of 30-year-old Shatae McDonald of the 1500 block of East Biddle Street. Detectives obtained a warrant for McDonald’s arrest. The Warrant Apprehension Task Force unit arrested her on Tuesday in the 2500 block of Wilkens Avenue.

Police have charged McDonald with first-degree attempted murder, assault and multiple firearm violations.
