ArroHealth LLC filed a Workers Adjustment and Retraining Notification with the New York State Department of Labor on January 9. The notice indicates the company will close its facility at 49 Wireless Boulevard in Hauppauge, New York on April 9.

ArroHealth is a full-service provider of risk adjustment and HEDIS services for healthcare provider groups and health plans. Ciox Health LLC, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, acquired ArroHealth in April 2018.

Employee separations are scheduled to take place on April 9. The affected workers do not have bumping rights, according to the filing.

“Economic” is cited in the filing as the reason for the closure.
