1 Injured In Bolton Hill Shooting, 3 Homicide Victims Identified


Baltimore Police said a 30-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to his back in the Bolton Hill neighborhood on Sunday.

Police responded to a report of a shooting around 11:47 p.m. in the 300 block of McMechen Street. Upon arrival, the responding officers discovered a man who had been shot in the lower back.

He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. His condition was not immediately available.

Baltimore Mayor's Office On Criminal Justice

On Monday, Baltimore Police released the names of three July homicide victims.

On July 28, 33-year-old Montez Macklin, of the 800 block of North Augusta was fatally shot in the 4200 block of Flowerton Road. On July 29, 29-year-old Dawan Hawkins, of the 1600 block of Warwick Avenue was killed in the 2300 block of Mosher Street. On July 30, 24-year-old Donta Cook, of the 7800 block of Americana Circle, was killed in the 4300 block of Pennington Avenue.
