D.C. Man Gets 7-Year Prison Sentence For Conspiracy To Distribute PCP

Acting U.S. Attorney Stephen M. Schenning announced Wednesday a D.C. man was sentenced to seven years in prison for conspiracy to distribute phencyclidine or PCP.

Forty-nine-year-old Reginald Cecil Duckett of Washington, D.C. conspired with nine others to purchase and redistribute PCP. Telephone recordings revealed Duckett discussing transactions, including the distribution of several ounces of PCP. A court order was obtained to legally intercept Duckett’s telephone calls.

  • Mitchell Brooks
  • Jermaine Washington
  • Robert Beasley
  • Alexander Patton Jr.

All four co-defendants are scheduled for sentencing at a later date.
