He was charged with posing an attempt to kidnap a kid who was waiting at the bus stop. According to the police, this 30-year-old man had grabbed a Redland Middle School student on Towne Crest Drive near Washington Grove Lane in Gaithersburg at around 7:20 a.m. on Monday. As per the police, the victim was standing at the bus stop, and Germany grabbed him towards an apartment building. The other kids were waiting at the bus stop and finally intervened. The students, however, boarded the bus post the incident and then reported it to the school staff, which further put up the notification to the Community engagement officer of the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"a-letter-stating-the-steps-that-the-school-assures-of-taking-for-the-safety-of-its-students\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>A letter stating the steps that the school assures of taking for the safety of its students<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Resnik Elementary, Redland Middle School, principals, and Magruder High School informed families of the incident through a joint letter. The principals further explained that the victim was not harmed anyway. He also stated that the suspect was in custody. The letter reads, &#8220;We are writing to share information about a serious incident that impacted our community. Today, Monday, March 20, and how it was addressed.&#8221; It stated, &#8220;This morning, there was an attempted abduction of a Redland Middle School student at the bus stop located at the intersection of Towne Crest Drive and Towne Crest Court. An individual tried to pull a student into a residence, but the student could get away and board the school bus as it arrived. The student is unharmed. Knowing that this may have been alarming for some of our students, we are providing social-emotional support to all students who were at the bus stop and may have witnessed this.
