Baltimore police said a woman was fatally injured in a car crash on Thursday afternoon in Druid Heights.
Around 2 p.m., police was in the 400 block of Gold Street when they attempted to stop a minivan for a minor traffic violation. Instead of stopping, the driver left the area.
The minivan reached the intersection of Etting and Bloom streets, before it struck another vehicle. The driver of the minivan and a person in the other vehicle involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Police said, a female passenger in the minivan was pronounced dead at the scene.
