What is the plot of Venom 2: A Love Story?
The plot of the movie is secret. The director has not said anything because he is still thinking about it. He may have a good idea about what he wants to do with the characters.
While there has been speculation that Venom: Let There Be Carnage could be a Spider-Man crossover (Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige went on record to say that prospect “seems likely at some point”), producer Matt Tolmach suggested that Venom/Eddie would remain the focus of the next film.
Tolmach told us, “The heart of Venom was always the relationship between Eddie and Venom. These two characters had to work together and could be more successful than they were apart. They found out how to live with each other.”
We also know that the film will focus on Carnage. Avi Arad, a producer of the movie, said, “He is a tortured soul.” We don’t have to show the knife moving from here to there and blood pouring everywhere.
The best villains are people you can feel sorry for. That way, it is like they are not really bad.
What can we expect from the plot?
Sony made a movie about a character from Marvel. It was an action-packed and silly movie with Tom Hardy. Sony is making another one, but it can’t be released if there is a coronavirus (like SARS).
Serkis said there is a new movie coming out. The characters have been together for about two years since the last story. It will be like living with an angry toddler.
The relationship between Eddie and Venom is strained. Venom feels trapped because he has to stay with Eddie. Venom can’t leave unless Eddie permits him.
So, in addition to whatever Shriek and Carnage do, Venom: Let There Be Carnage will also be about Eddie’s and Venom’s struggles.
The heart of the movie is about the relationship between Eddie and Venom. Matt Tolmach said this. The movie will not be R-rated. There will be more bad guys, but they are not that bad.
