Prince George’s County’s numerous vacant office buildings are attracting attention of developers. One developer in particular, Varsity Investment Group, recently received county approval to convert one of these buildings into a 187-unit apartment building, UrbanTurf reports.

The 10-story office building at 6009 Oxon Hill is located in close proximity to Tanger Outlets and the MGM National Harbor. Varsity has chosen Urban Design and Soto Architecture to design the conversion.
The apartment building dubbed The Oxford will include 21 studio, 121 one bedroom, 37 two bedroom and 8 three bedroom apartments, 401 parking spaces, a business center, fitness room, dog wash and park and an entertainment room.
