U.S. Navy Petty Officer Pleads Guilty To Production Of Child Pornography

U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Dana J. Boente announced Wednesday a U.S. navy sailor pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.

Thirty-one-year-old Gregory Kyle Seerden stationed in San Diego, California utilized his mobile phone to video himself engaging in sexually explicit conduct with a child sleeping in January, according to the news release.


Seerden faces a maximum 30 years of imprisonment. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for January 18.
