Two Injured In Northwest District Shooting, Baltimore Police Say


Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that left two people with non-life threatening injuries.

Around 5:39 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a reported shooting in the 2400 block of Garrison Boulevard. At the scene, the responding officers canvassed the area for a possible crime scene and victims.

Within minutes, the officers were dispatched to a local hospital, where two shooting victims arrived in separate vehicles. A 25-year-old victim was shot in the leg and a 34-year-old victim was shot in the chin, police said.

A crime scene was eventually located in the 3400 block of Piedmont Avenue. Additional details were not immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
