Three Men Shot In Two Separate Incidents In Baltimore’s Southwest District Overnight


Baltimore City police said three men were shot in Baltimore’s Southwest district from Monday night to Tuesday morning.

At 10:46 p.m. Monday, police responded to a call in the 300 block of Lyndhurst Street. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a 27-year-old man who had been shot multiple times in the torso, city police said.

Police also discovered a 22-year-old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest at the same location. The man was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The victim is listed in stable condition, police said.

At 4:59 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report of a shooting in the 2300 block of Popular Grove Street, where a 29-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the back.

The man was treated at a local hospital and is listed in critical condition.

According to a preliminary investigation, the incident occurred in the block, but after an unidentified shot him he ran to the 3100 block of Hamlin Avenue, police said.
