Tenaris To Suspend Operations At Its Brookfield, Ohio Plant & Layoff 121

The Ohio Department of Job & Family Services received a WARN from Tenaris regarding a layoff at its Brookfield threading plant. The layoff is set to impact 121 workers beginning April 17, 2020.

The Brookfield plant at 6880 Parkway Drive will temporarily cease operations on April 17. The decision to cease operations and layoff has been contributed to “the unanticipated international oil-price conflict and sudden drastic drop in prices along with the COVID-19 pandemic.”
