Teen Visiting A Maryland State Park Airlifted To Hospital After Suffering Medical Emergency


On Friday, a teen was participating in a youth program at Patapsco Valley State Park, when she suffered a medical emergency and had to be airlifted to the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Patapsco Valley State Park In MarylandFirst responders from the Baltimore County Fire and Rescue responded to the call. The rescue was compromised by the girl’s location, so a rescue basket had to be lowered to the ground from the Maryland State Police helicopter.
