Suspect Charged In Connection With Nonfatal Shooting Near Federal Hill


On Wednesday, Baltimore police arrested man in connection with a shooting that took place last weekend in Federal Hill.

Thirty-five-year-old Jonathan Chapman is facing a first-degree murder charge for the nonfatal shooting of a 29-year-old man. The shooting took place in the 1400 block of Olive Street.

Jonathan ChapmanWitnesses provided an accurate description of the suspect and allowing detectives to confirm Chapman’s identity, police said.

Chapman was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he is being held.
