Brian Mathias, owner of Bistro Lunch Box food truck, and Nikki Marks, owner of Mindgrub Café food truck, has partnered to open a commissary kitchen at McHenry Row.
Share Kitchen, a workspace for culinary professionals and private event reservations opened last week in Locust Point.
The building at 1215 East Fort Avenue features cooking equipment, washing stations, walk-in freezer, prep stations and walk-in refrigerator, as well as a living room-style area and 12-seat farm table.
Marks is married to Todd Marks, the owner of the Baltimore-based tech firm Mindgrub, which is housed on the second floor of the building.
The WOLO food truck, Au Jus Solutions, a food business-consulting firm, and Rack House Bakers have joined Mathias and Marks’ food trucks at Share Kitchen.
