Rye Street Tavern Will Open In Port Covington
Rye Street Tavern is scheduled to open next week in Port Covington, according to the news release.
The 200-seat restaurant, which is expected to open on September 12, will be located at 225 East Cromwell Street neighboring Sagamore Spirit distillery.

New York’s NoHo Hospitality Group developed the venue’s American-Mid-Atlantic influenced menu. Chef Andrew Carmellini and chef de cuisine Brian Plante will oversee the kitchen. The menu will feature bloody Maryland blue crab salad, wood-fired seafood bakes and fried chicken.
The beverage menu includes beers, spirits from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic and domestic wines.
The 13,000-square-foot eatery features an open kitchen, wine room, four private dining areas and stage for live entertainment.
