Now, as this happened, the audience has high hopes for Season 3, and it’s expected that Season 3 will revolve around Castle fighting the darker forces lurking within New York City. It can be expected that the series shall not be just about Castle’s revenge for his own family and loved ones, but for everyone else in the city who is falling prey to wrongful acts and deeds.
Although, nothing can be said with conformity, as the authors haven’t revealed any details about the plot or storyline. However, this is something we can expect from Season 3 as its story unfolds, if at all it releases.

The fans have been eagerly waiting for an announcement of the Punisher Season 3 release date. However, the Netflix announcement of the season being canceled left many fans heartbroken.
It seems as if the fans will have to make themselves contended with the two seasons of the series. However, there is still a new development. Given the fact that the rights of Marvel series are held by Disney, we can still expect a release of The Punisher Season 3 on Disney Plus or Hulu.

The release is much expected in the year 2022. There are no details about the exact date, and we still need to wait for the same. However, it’s only a matter of time before we know everything about the release, so all we need to do is sit tight and wait.
Punisher Season 3: Other Information
The release of Punisher Season 3 seems much in jeopardy, given the termination of the contract between Netflix and Marvel.
Nonetheless, we can expect it to run on Disney Plus or Hulu. However, even if that happens, the number of episodes will seem to be fewer. So far, Netflix has run 13 episodes each for Season 1 and Season 2. However, considering that the show will release on a different platform, we cannot expect that many episodes.
It’s speculated that Disney might release it with six episodes at most. Nonetheless, something is better than having nothing.
It will also be interesting to see the old cast staying put in the series while we shall see some new faces as well. Talking about the cast, the viewers can highly expect to see Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, Amber Rose as Dinah Madani, Josh Stewart as The Pilgrim, etc., mainly the characters who have been recurring in the previous Seasons.
