Prince George’s County Police Need Help Identifying Person Of Interest In Bowie Sexual Assault

Prince George’s County Police say a woman was sexually assaulted in the City of Bowie Monday afternoon.

Approximately 4:30 p.m., an unknown suspect grabbed a female jogger in the area of Jennings Mill Drive and Jennings Lane. The suspect forced the victim to a nearby playground, where he sexually assaulted her.

Bowie SuspectThe victim successfully broke free from the suspect and fled to safety. The suspect is described as a black male, heavy set, wearing black pants and a gray hooded shirt.

Police have released a video of the person of interest and ask anyone who knows him to call Crime Solvers at 1-866-4118477 or the Sexual Assault Unit at 301-772-4908.
