Prince George’s County Police Investigating Fatal Shooting In District Heights


Prince George’s County Police said a 51-year-old man was fatally shot in District Heights Sunday.

Approximately 10:50 a.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to the 6500 block of Kipling Parkway to investigate a report of an unresponsive male. At the scene, the responding officers found the victim who had been shot lying in an alleyway. Medics were dispatched to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.

Violent Weekend In BaltimoreThe victim was later identified as Charles Wyche of Sero Estates in Fort Washington. No other details were immediately available.
