Prince George’s County Police Identify Victim In Temple Hills Fatal Shooting


Approximately 12:40 p.m. Wednesday, Prince George’s County Police responded to the 4000 block of Rocky Mount Drive to investigate a reported shooting approximately. At the scene, the responding officers located a 20-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the body.

Medics were dispatched to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.

Police later identified the victim as Ibrahim Kamara of Hannah Way in Upper Marlboro. The preliminary investigation revealed the shooting might have not been random.

Anyone with information about the homicide is urged to call detectives at 301-772-4925 or Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-8477. A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspect(s) in this case.
