Prince George’s County Police Identify College Park Homicide Victim


Prince George’s County, Maryland – Homicide Unit detectives are actively working to identify and arrest the suspect(s) who killed a man in the City of College Park. The victim is 33-year-old Ronnie Jacobs, Jr. of no fixed address.


On May 22nd, at approximately 6:00 am, patrol officers responded to the 8700 block of Rhode Island Avenue for the report of an unresponsive man. Officers discovered Jacobs outside suffering from trauma to the upper body. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and determine a motive.
