Prince George’s County Police Charge Man Who Fatally Stabbing Father In Langley Park

Prince George’s County, Maryland – Homicide Unit detectives charged a man in connection with the murder of his father inside of the family’s home. The suspect is 25-year-old Robert Terreo Figueroa of the 7900 block of Riggs Road. He’s charged with killing 51-year-old Roberto Figueroa.

On April 17th, at about 2:05 pm, patrol officers were called to the 7900 block of Riggs Road for a welfare check. When officers arrived, they discovered the victim suffering from a stab wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Figueroa admitted to killing his father. He is charged with first-degree murder and other related charges. He’s being held at the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
