Prince George’s County Identify Victim In Langley Park Homicide


Prince George’s County, Maryland – Detectives with our Homicide Unit are conducting an investigation into the fatal shooting of a man Wednesday morning in Langley Park. The victim is 28-year-old Felipe Gonzalez-Len of 14th Avenue in Langley Park. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.

ArrestOn July 4th, at approximately 3:00 am, patrol officers were called to the 8300 block of 14th Avenue for a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Gonzalez-Len outside suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and a motive.
