Police Apprehend Baltimore’s ‘Public Enemy No. 1’ In Louisiana


Louisiana officials announced on Monday the capture of Baltimore’s “Public Enemy No. 1,” an 18-year-old who has been on the run for months.

In May, officials charged Cortez Wall in the fatal shooting of Channon Simpkins, 28. Baltimore police said he is also a person of interest in unrelated violent crimes.

The term Public Enemy No. 1 refers to someone who police believe is very violent and a danger to society.

Public Enemy No. 1Police found Wall in a Shreveport home about 4 p.m. Monday. He received minor injuries during apprehension and was treated prior to being booked.
