Pennsylvania Man Gets 10-Year Prison Sentence For Heroin Trafficking


Acting U.S. Attorney Soo C. Song Announced Thursday a man formerly of Pittsburgh was sentenced to 120 months in prison for conspiring to distribute around 1 kilogram of heroin.Prison

Twenty-six-year-old Cody Duncan sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Nora Barry Fischer. Since Duncan had a “dangerous weapon” in his possession, his sentencing guideline range for the heroin trafficking charge was increased, according to court documents.
