U.S. Attorney Richard L. Durbin, Jr. announced Monday a California-based professional photographer, doing business as Chris Reilly Photography, pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.
In December 2016, 47-year-old Christopher Alexander Reilly of San Antonio downloaded child pornography from the Internet onto a computer hard drive. He then transported the child pornography on his laptop from Texas to California in January 2017, according to court documents.
Reilly submitted his computer, which contained the hard drive with the child pornography to the FBI. A data recovery firm reported that agents found videos and files depicting prepubescent children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
An external hard drive also recovered contained video files of prepubescent children, taken by Reilly, depicting the “clothed genital areas of the victims, as they walked, stretched and engaged in conversation with the defendant.
Reilly has been in custody since his arrest. His sentencing is scheduled for February 26, 2018.
