New Restaurant, Canners Row, Opening On Canton’s Waterfront In Baltimore

From a major cannery industry to a restaurant and bar, Canners Row is the creation of Robert “Bobby” Alipanah, previous owner of the now-closed Robert Oliver Seafood in Mount Vernon. After a year and a half, Alipanah will finally open his red-roofed restaurant next week on Wednesday or Thursday. The new restaurant is located across the parking lot from Bo Brooks Crabhouse on Lighthouse Point East. The Canners Row building has glass panels that will be opened when the weather permits. Offering indoor dining and outdoor seating that stretches around the building, patrons will be able to find the perfect spot to enjoy their meal.

Among the dishes are burgers, sandwiches and wood-fired pizzas, with a variety of sweets and desserts to top it off. Wine, cocktails and beer will be served to patrons per request, but for those that just want to chill out with a cold draft beer can head over to the bar, which features eight tap lines and beers from local breweries, including Union Brewing Co., Brewer’s Art and Heavy Seas.
